The select hardwood species in our mini pizza oven wood are curated for their special qualities. The wood is easy to light, burns hot, and stays lit.

Wood Species

Our special mix of hardwoods features primarily oak and other hardwoods. The exact mix is proprietary to our supply, but you can trust that you will only get locally sourced hardwoods. And, you can be certain that all of the wood is kiln dried to a moisture content between <5-15%. That means the wood will produce very little smoke and burn very hot.

Kiln-Dried & USDA Approved

We dry our wood in commercial grade kilns, for above the minimum standards for time and temperature set forth by the state. Despite the added cost during production, our extra effort ensures a product that is not only sellable across borders, but truly exceptional.

The wood is kiln-dried, food-safe, guaranteed mold-free, and USDA approved. It’s locally sourced in the northeastern United States, hand-cut, and hand-packed.

Sizing & Compatibility

The mini pizza oven wood is cut to length at 6 inches, which makes it perfectly compatible for many at-home ovens. The wood is 1 to 2 inches in thickness, meaning it will be easy to light and fit in most at-home ovens. This mini pizza oven wood is compatible with:

How Much Wood Comes in Each Box?

The mini pizza oven wood comes in three different size boxes.

• Small: The small box dimensions are 12” x 9” x 4" and the total volume is 432 cubic inches. The small box weighs about 5 lb and will last between 2-5 pizza cooking sessions
• Medium: The medium box dimensions are 18” x 12” x 3" and the total volume is 648 cubic inches. The small box weighs about 7 lb and will last between 3-8 pizza cooking sessions
• Large: The best value.The large box dimensions are 12” x 12” x 10” and the total volume is 1440 cubic inches. The large box weighs about 20 lb and will last between 6-20 cooking sessions.
